Our steel production plant is 41,000 ft. and located in Roseland, LA and is the start of the assembly process of making our steel-framed home designs. The designs are submitted for engineering and assigned a steel cutting schedule. The steel is rolled and cut to size on site using cold rolled steel technology. Each panel is designed to be assembled using cold rolled steel mill machines and cut to size with automated programs.

Rolled steel coils are processed through milling machines to produce the proper steel stock required by the engineer for the panels.

The cut stock is then brought to the assembly tables to be placed in jigs and assembled using the appropriate fasteners.

The panels are assembled by workers after the pre-cut steel stock is placed in jigs on the assemble table.

Assembled wall panel is lifted off an assembly table after completion of the proper placement of fasteners.

The assembled panels are stocked in the proper finished assemble areas in the facility ready to be shipped to construction sites to be erected.

Panels can be easily assembled on construction sites using hand tools and a small crew.
