The mission of Second Chance Housing (SCH) is to locate people who require special financing and properties that require repair and upgrades. Matching both requirements of people and the properties to give them both a Second Chance!
Second Chance Housing not only provides housing to low to moderate income families, but also offers new construction services for anyone. Our main objective is to provide quality housing to families (specifically in disaster stricken areas). This invaluable experience sets this organization apart from other housing and marketing services unique to the housing industry.
